Marion, OH - Get ready to
get it, get it, get it, at the Toughman contest this Friday and Saturday Nov.
16 & 17 at the Veteran's Memorial Coliseum in Marion, Ohio. The event promises to be action packed with boxing matches in
the Men’s Light Heavyweight (160-184
lbs) and Heavyweight (184lbs and up) divisions. This is a two-day elimination-boxing tournament, set to answer
the question of who’s the toughest in the Marion area.
Copper.Net’s
V. P. of Marketing Mike Cook is representing the local Internet service
provider by putting his neck on the line as he fights for fame and glory.
“I’ve
always been a fan of the Toughman contest, and I wanted to take a more active
role than just sponsoring the event,” said Mike Cook. “Everyone involved expects it to be a lot of fun. I think a lot of my friends are going just
to see me get knocked out, but I tell them I’m as unbeatable as our service. We’re only $9.95 a month nationwide. No one beats that, and no one can beat me!”
The event will take place at
Veteran's
Memorial Coliseum, Marion Co. Fairground, 220 E. Fairground St., Marion,
Ohio. The winner gets a chance to
go on to regional and ultimately World Championship competition.

conjunction with FX, Mt. Vernon based Copper.Net is
